Stephen C. Johnson was born to Glenn and Clara Johnson in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 24th, 1938. Affectionately known to his friends and family as Steve.
The family later moved from Pittsburgh to Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated from John Hay High School in 1958. Steve attended Catholic church, where he faithfully took his mother every Sunday. Steve retired from General Electric after 38 years of service. Steve loved smiling, helping others, being around his family and attending family functions. He was an avid bowler, took pride in his yard and was a self-proclaimed handyman. Steve loved watching sports especially the Cleveland Cavaliers and naturally he was a die-hard Steelers fan.
Steve is preceded by his parents Glenn and Clara Johnson; sister Glenda Johnson; daughter Pamela Rainey. He leaves to cherish his memory to his daughters Vicki, Brenda (Bobby), and Stephanie; nieces Zita and Lita; wonderful grandchildren Sherman, Candice, Jasmine, Victor (Lauren) and Kassidy; great-grandchildren Deanna, Julius, Maliek, Jaylen, Janiyah, Nakiyah, Lauren, Landen, and Lailah. Also, a host of his loving Pittsburgh and Columbus family as well.
