Tempa Lee Evans

Tempa Lee Evans, age 81, peacefully departed this life on February 14, 2026. He was born on April 7, 1944, in Marengo County, Demopolis, Alabama, to Lawrence and Parilee Evans, who both preceded him in death.
Tempa proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating the discipline and dedication that would define much of his life. He later pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He went on to build a respected career in architectural engineering and was employed at Kichler Lighting, where his skill, knowledge, and strong work ethic left a lasting impact.
He was united in marriage to Eula Evans, who survives him. In addition to his loving wife, he leaves to cherish his memory his devoted daughter, Tempa Evans, along with a host of extended family and friends.
Throughout his 81 years, he touched the lives of many with his kindness, wisdom, and warm spirit. He will be remembered for his gentle heart, his resilience, and the love he freely shared with family and friends.
Tempa’s legacy will live on in the cherished memories held by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
