Thaddeus Douglas Carter went home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2017. Thaddeus is survived by his beloved wife Elaine Carter. Cherished father of Marcietta Wilson-Coleman (Darrell). Loving brother of Ann Calhoun, Neil Giles and Marsheba Bond. Grandfather of Julian and Graham Coleman.
