Theresa Winifred Mack was born June 16, 1939 in Akron Ohio to the late Coy Davis and Mable Elizabeth Malone. She was their third child.

Theresa attended Bryan Elementary School, Jennings Junior High School and graduated from North High School in June 1957.

Theresa confessed her love for the Lord at an early age and was baptized by Rev. J.L. Monroe at Mount Olive Baptist Church.  She was a member of the Sunday School, BTU, Girls Guild, Young Adult Choir, Ruth Circle Missionary Group, Young At Heart, Food Pantry Ministry, Deaconess Board and Assistant Superintendent of Sunday School.

Theresa was employed by St. Thomas Hospital from 1965 until her retirement in 1997 with 32 years of continued service. After her retirement, she worked part-time as a Telemarketer, Inspectress at Quaker Square Hilton and Cashier at Dollar General in Arlington Plaza.  Theresa was also the cherished Secretary for the Ohio & Vicinity Chapter of the Davis Family Reunion for many years, close to the beginning in 1975.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, husband Herman P. Mack; sister-in-law Priscilla C. Malone; brother Julius C. Malone and sister-in-law Mamie Wooldridge.

Theresa leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Kimberly E. Mack of Akron, OH, son Barry M. (Tanya) Mack, Los Angeles, CA; her devoted grandchildren Cameron L. (Nicole) Mack of Green, OH, Brandy N. (Corey) Harris of Lilburn, GA, Lamont Mack, Monica Mack and Jewell Mack all of Akron, OH, Barry A. (Shonda) Formey, Raleigh, NC,  Imani B. Mack (Tuskegee, AL), and Nia S. Mack of Los Angeles, CA;  great grandsons are Kevonta J. Mack, Akron, OH; Corey Harris Jr. and Justin Harris of Lilburn, GA. Great granddaughters are Destinee Harris, of Norcross, GA,  Lamontierra E. Mack, Na’Lai Mack, of Akron OH, Lauren Harris of Lilburn, GA, Ameyrah Formey of Raleigh, NC, loving sibling; sister Marjorie (McKinley) Seaphus of Chicago, IL; brother-in-law James Mack, Akron, OH; niece Karen D. (Darrel) Peaks, of Delaware, OH; nephews Alex (Marlene) Carey, Maurice Malone of Akron, OH; Douglas (Luxie) Thomas of San Francisco, CA and a host relatives and friends.
