Thomas Eugene Long Sr. was born on July 26, 1955, to Robert and Jewell Long. He attended Cleveland Public School and later worked for Meyers Snow Plow Company and the Cleaning management system.
Thomas eventually married Penny, with whom he shared cherished moments with. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Robert and Jewell Long, as well as his two brothers Walter and Willis, and two sisters Barbara Jean and Bernice.
Thomas leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his siblings: Rudolph Taylor (Barabra), Robert L. Long (Sue) (Marilyn), Fredrick Long (JoAnn), Ronnie Benford (Stephanie), Freddie Holman, Eunice Lacy, Rosie Allen, Floretta Crowell, and Celestine Wilburn.
In addition to his siblings, Thomas is remembered fondly by his three children: Thomas Eugene Long Jr., Denise Mae Long, and Kendell E. Long Sr., along with nine adoring grandchildren. He also leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends whose lives he touched profoundly.
