Tommy Donnell Evans was born to the union of the late Tommy Lee and Jacqueline Marie Evans in Cleveland, Ohio. He was affectionately known as Donny and was the first son blessed to his parents followed by the birth of his brother B/Jake.
At an early age Donny could be found in worship at East Mt. Zion Baptist Church with his family. Donny was a very loving child and a TV buff. Give him some snacks and you did not have to worry about him.
He was a pupil in the Cleveland Public School and East Cleveland School systems. Donny proudly earned his GED at Cuyahoga Community College. He moved on to become a successful entrepreneur in Real Estate.
He gained a reputation for his passion and love of vintage, luxurious, foreign whips, and motorcycles (Harley Davidson bikes/race bikes). He often cautioned others to look but don’t touch. Donny enjoyed bar socializing, immaculately cleansing of his whips.
Donny will forever be remembered for his infectious smile, genuine friendship, and distinctive mannerisms. He fought a good fight during his prolonged illness which ended on March 4, 2024, at the Hospice of the Western Reserve Ames Family Hospice House, God sent an angel to bring him home.
Donny departs, leaving behind cherished memories and loved ones: his adored son, Bryant (Duda); dearly loved brother, B/Jake; Aunt Edna Taylor, not only an aunt but also a surrogate mother; Aunt Patricia Davis; Uncle Edward Neely; Nephew Jacob Evans; Sister/Cousin Ne’Chelle Taylor; Takara (TK) Madkins, Loyal Cousin and Caregiver Kim Jennings; along with numerous other dear family members and friends he held close to his heart.
Donny’s passing is preceded by his mother, Jacqueline Evans; father, Tommy Evans; grandparents, Luannie Taylor, Jack Taylor, Ella Johnson, David Johnson; and uncle, Bobby Taylor.
