Tracy Veal was born July 22, 1961, in Akron, Ohio to John F. Veal and Blanch M. Veal, she was the baby of her family, spoiled with loved and care.
Tracy knew the Lord and was baptized at the age of 12 at Peoples Baptist Church by Reverend Ronald Goodman.
In her early twenties, Tracy married and moved to Georgia. After several years she returned to Akron, Ohio.
Tracy was an active person, known to visit friends and family frequently. In her free time, she loved to cook; her food was amazing! She also doing hair and singing—and was good at it. Although Tracey did not have any of her own, she loved children and they loved her. She will be missed dearly.
Tracy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lela Cannon; brother, Sidney “Sid” Harvey; and brother-in-law, Phillip Johnson.
Left to cherish her forever are her sisters, Sharon Toney, and Deborah “Bo” Johnson; brother, Vince Veal; special friend, Daryl Bowens; special niece, Tiara Toney; nieces, Judy Pickett, Janelle Ferguson, and Leslie Cannon; nephew, Keith Lowhorn, II; great nieces, Darnesha Pickett, Jasmine Ferguson, and Celeste Cannon; great-nephews, Keith III, JJ Ferguson, Tyson Toney, Davion Toney, and Garland Toney; great-great niece, Jayla Ferguson; great-great nephew, Daylon Pickett; aunts, Tawanda Veal, Tonya Veal, Kimberly Veal, and Annie Stotts; uncle, Michael Veal; best friends, Kya Gooden (Easley), “Binky,” and Shawn; as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
