Tallulah Ann Miree was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 16th, 1954 to the
late Leon and Eldora Miree. She was the middle child of three children, and from a young age
she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Ten years after her birth, Tallulah moved to
Cleveland, Ohio in 1964 where she became a member of Antioch Baptist Church until the time
of her passing.

Growing up, Tallulah attended Charles H. Lake Elementary school, followed by Empire
Junior High School, and then attended Glenville High School where she graduated in 1972.
Upon her high school graduation, Tallulah spent some time studying at Cuyahoga Community
College before she moved on to working at Cleveland Clinic in their laundry department. Later,
she transitioned to working for University Hospitals where she served as a sterilizer and worked
in their janitorial department. Upon retiring from University Hospitals, Tallulah ran her own
housekeeping business where she contracted cleaning work for local businesses.

In her spare time, Tallulah enjoyed accompanying her father, helping him operate his dry
cleaning business. She also spent time getting lost in books reading in addition to some light
travel. Tallulah enjoyed spending time at church, delving into deep study of the Bible, and even
volunteered to drive other members to church whenever she could. She would take her nieces
and nephew out for fun activities throughout their childhood, providing them with memorable
experiences that they will hold onto in her absence.

Tallulah is preceded in death by her parents Leon and Eldora Miree, as well as her
younger sister Teresa Johnson (Michael Johnson Sr. – deceased). Tallulah’s memory is left to
cherish with her brother Gary Miree (Oveater Miree) who are the parents of her nieces Allesia
and Sharrah Miree. Left to cherish her memory is also her sister Teresa’s (Michael Sr. –
deceased) son, Michael Johnson Jr. A host of grand nieces and nephews are also left revering her
memory along with several cousins, an uncle, and a number of friends.

Tallulah will be remembered for the pride she took in always keeping a clean living
space. We won’t forget her vibrant energy, her big vegetarian appetite, and her even bigger heart!
She took good care and loved those around her including her very special dog and is remembered
for the kindness she extended to the youth in her life. Her generosity and the lives she touched
will prosper on through her legacy.
