Tyreek Miguel Small, age 29, transitioned peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, June 21, 2021. A lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, Tyreek was born on November 18, 1991, to parents, Vanita Small and Jason Moore. Tyreek accepted Christ at an early age, attending Thompson Memorial Church of God in Christ. He served in several groups and leadership roles in the church and the community, including the Sunshine Band, Men’s Prayer Breakfast, and the Audio and Visual Team.
Tyreek graduated from the Youth Build Vocational Program, receiving numerous awards and accolades in the construction trade.
