On January 22, 1986 an amazing bouncing baby boy was born to Kimberly Lynn Ross and Tyrone Grant.

Tyrone grew up in the Akron area, attended Akron Public Schools and Job Corps. Tyrone accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Bishop Celia L. Ross and attended The Chapel of Faith Church. Tyrone was employed by Spectrum and the Akron Police Department.

On Friday January 2, after just 39 years, Tyrone went from laboring to his reward and received his heavenly wings. Tyrone was a gentle giant, capturing the hearts of everyone with his amazingly contagious smile, and his laughter; along with his kind, quiet spirit. He truly loved his family and always attended family functions. Tyrone enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling and was an avid gamer.

Tyrone was preceded in death by his amazing beloved mother Kimberly Lynn Ross-Anthony, maternal Grandfather Leron Watson, Grandfather Douglas Scott, great grandmother Louis Lee and Bishop Celia Ross, paternal grandmother Clara Mae Williams, paternal grandfather Augusta Lee Grant (Gus), aunts E’Quana Brooks and Celia Nikii Caldwell, uncles Christopher Grant and Allen Fite.

Tyrone is survived by his father Tyrone (Shaun) Grant, step-father Terry (Jessica) Anthony, sisters Tonea, Tynika, Bria, Ambrea, Jasmine & Zaria. Brother Arthur. Grandmother Patricia Scott. Uncles, Antwon (Marva), Anthony (Dionna), Ahmad. Aunts, Syrenthia, LaDonna, Tennille & Shawn. Nieces, Payton, T’Niyah, Ki’Erre, Raelyn, Miah, and London. Nephews, Aiden KJ, Mason and Carlos. Step-daughter Jacquelyn, god-daughter Charley, special friends Tramar (Rochelle), Remy, Perry & Matthew along with a host of other loving family and friends.
