Vivian Eugenia Hill was born August 4th, 1950, in Reynolds, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene Simms and Lille Mae Rucker.

After completing high school at East Tech Cleveland Ohio, she graduated from Kent State University with a social worker degree. She also was one of the first members of Zeta Phi Beta at Kent State. She married Ronald Hill and had a son.

She became employed as a case worker with the Cuyahoga County Department of Human Services where she worked over 30 years and retired.

Vivian was a member of the South English Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. She loved to travel and spread the word of the bible. She was loved by so many people far and wide.

Vivian departed this life on January 4th 2025.

Vivian leaves to cherish her memory a son Ronald Jason Hill, Cousins, Darol McGhee, Derek McGhee, Floyzell “Butch” McGhee, Telisa McGhee – Jefferson, Trummee Hudson and more cousins and friends.

We learned of our dear sister today, from a dear family... You don't know us, but we knew of our beautiful sister Vivian, we being apart of South Congregation for a time. She was zealous for the ministry. Shared a good laugh. Supported theocratic activities to the best of her ability. Vivian was one of my first Bible teachers; she was very patient and kind. Vivian was a great cook; she made the juiciest Orange Chicken I’ve ever tasted! My dear, sweet cousin, I am heartbroken.. I wasn’t ready for this. I didn’t have a proper goodbye. However, I understand God’s will and His way. Healing comes in many ways. Your demise was God’s way of healing you. No more pain or suffering. He needed you to take your rest. I will miss our lengthy conversations and the love of family that we shared.I was looking forward to you moving back south so that we could make more memories. But I’ll be ok and I’ll make sure that Jason is ok. I love Vivian.
