God Called Home such a Precious Soul. I can't express how much I will miss you, Dear Friend. Growing Up You were like a second Brother to me. I will never forget all of those fun moments we shared as kids. We'd play Kickball in front of the house. Go Bike riding all day into late evenings. Sit on the porch playing "That's Your Car" . Every summer evening would end with a playful game of "Tag" Charlie, my Mother Shelia, and I will never forget that great kid that grew up into an even Greater Man. Rest in Peace, Snoop

Very saddened to find out the news about one of my childhood friends Wendell (Snoop). I'll never forget all the football games in the front yard & trying to get in a quick basketball game in the driveway before Mr Fellows got home from work. I spent the majority of my summers with Vell just hanging out at his house as a kid having fun. Snoop would always be there with us cracking jokes or playing some type of sport. My condolences to the family. Rest easy Snoop!
Keith Chappell left a message on August 29, 2017:
Just found out literally 5 minutes ago from one my best friends growing up & Wendell's (Snoop) brother Vell. To say this is a shock would be an understatement. I'll never forget being at the Fellows house pretty much everyday when we were kids. All the football games in the front yard & the basketball games in the driveway. Snoop was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Rest easy big bro!

Dear Family: Words seem so inadequate to express the sorrow we feel in the passing of Wendell. Be Encouraged and join together in pray and fervently praying that the Lord surround each of you with the peace that passes all understanding during this most difficult time. May the cherished memories and love you shared be a comfort now and the days to come.....and Through His blessed assurance, may God bless and uplift you. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? (I Cor. 15.55 KJV) We know this because the Word of God tells us that “…when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.”(v 54) So rejoice and give thanks to “…God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”(v57)

I knew Wendell as my neighborhood family. We called him Snoop in our life living of knowing since we lived in the Boularvard also Harvard community. He always had A great aspect of growth towards me and my family of Williams also other stable famillies around our neighborhood block. We had so much joy of growing also playing children games until we were old enough to grow up too be A well better person among our Piers of parent's. I always liked his way of teaching me an others how life can be A Challenge if you do not have God & Family to live by with being A humble person. His laughter also his dimener of showmanship always prevails his knowledge of knowing to me and my family. I just can remember so much times we had at growth of being allowed too eat and spend nights at A young age at his parents home. We shared slot of times of laughter also sad times. His family always stayed on my case as well as his sister's and brother. Can not forget also Mr. Fellows himself as Mrs. Fellow's also. Just the thought of me typing an also thinking that he has went home too Heaven. So use to him stopping by my parent's house just too say hello with love at Hart. It's amazing foe me or others from High School of John F. Kennedy High that you left A memory mark for all of us of great attitude Wendell Fellows. Though for me my Neighborhood family friend I just couldn't relate that day when I got the call from my parents of the day you went home. I know you have A better life up inn that blue sky now with no more illnesses of barring. Though my buddy of Heart I never felt this day will come as growth among us of parting away like this. You wwere my brother of the most of I could of had as being just one son in my parents life. You Eddie, Ruben, Linda ,Tim, Mieka, Tab, Keith, an so fourth of growth through time since1971. Good old days we had. But you left A mark of knowing that when we go we go home to God as soldiers as you spoke to us about life as we grew. Though "I would never no for me to be typing or saying this before anyone or you Snoop. But hey I always liked you my friend as much as we shared a lot of memories once again as growth of the neighborhood. Especially when you're father took us fishing with him back inn the mid 1980tys. Amazing just amazing. I will miss you my friend but I will miss the encouragement you left me also others again Wendell. You left behind A spirit with us all but the sight of you is forever gone away from me and us. But you're spirit lives inside of us because we know you as A good kind person. I'm going to miss you Snoop but not forget you or what you have done with us your kind Heart cared for us. I'll see you soon my friend I see you soon. My much humble Blessings to the family from the Williams Family an all. R.I.H Snoop.

Growing up with Wendell was quite the blessing. He was one of the kindest, funniest people I'd ever met at such a young age. His battle was tough and he held on as long as he possibly could, always advocating for others suffering from his condition as well as other chronic diseases and cancers. May the family find joy and comfort knowing that Wendell is in the arms of Jesus, perfect peace and pain free. Much love and Good Bless. Wendell will be dearly missed
