William E. Savoy , age 71, went home to be with the Lord on August 29, 2019. William is preceded in death by his parents Robert E. Savoy and Willa Mae (Wooten) Savoy and sibling, Robert Savoy. He leaves to cherish his memories; daughter, Ashley Savoy; siblings, Michael Savoy , Lawrence Savoy and Anthony.
