William Kemp, IV passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. William is survived by his beloved fiancé, Shanell; Devoted father of Shamarr and Shila. Cherished son of Janice and William “Billy”. Loving brother of Angela, Yvonne, and Vanessa. Caring uncle of Champagne, Shaniqua, Donte, Christina, Deonte (Deceased), Shontie, Tamara, Dontaurus, Michael, Nakeisha, Justice, and Marvin. Cherished Great uncle of Shauntal, Javon (Deceased), Shawn Jr. (Deceased), Joshua, Ralph’Amir, and Ethan. William will also leave behind a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. “Will” was the life of the party and everyone will truly miss his humor, smile, and love!
