Willie Lee Foreman Sr., was born in Marksville, Louisiana, on July 21, 1951, to Edgar and Francis Foreman. He was the second of their nine children. Willie Lee Foreman Sr., was born in Marksville, Louisiana, on July 21, 1951, to Edgar and Francis Foreman. He was the second of their nine children.
When he was young his family relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where he was raised. He graduated from John Marshall High School, where he was a well-known basketball star.
In 1972 he married Olivia Foreman, from this union Willie Jr., and Jericho were born. Willie retired in 2017 from Ferro Corporation after 42 yrs. of service as a chemical processor. He was very generous, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and he was always the life of the party.
On December 7, 2022, Willie Lee Foreman Sr., entered eternal rest. He is preceded in death by, his father Edgar Foreman, brother Emmanuel Foreman, and son Jericho Foreman.
He leaves to cherish his memory; Wife: Olivia Foreman, son: Willie Foreman Jr., (Marie); grandchildren: Maria (Wayne), Melissa, Malik and Marce’; seven great grandchildren, siblings; Edgar Jr (Pat), Patricia, Paletta (Al), Henry, Calvin (Tara), Ricky, Francine and devoted friend Shelly Johnson.

I remember walking to school together. You showed me how to carry my books.
The two of us along with three brothers shared one bedroom with three beds. We also shared clothes and shoes.
I remember you and Trisha made pancakes, smeared my face with them and then made me eat them.
I remember you being a pretty good basketball player in school and at the Dust Bowl. You and Kalvin were always racing to see who was the fastest. You loved watching sports, playing golf and going to the racetrack.
You loved your family and always helped us through troubled times. I always trusted your advice.
