Willie Lee Neal Jr., affectionately known as “Lee” was born June 3, 1968 in Frankfurt, Germany to Patricia and Willie Lee Neal Sr. Lee was called home to glory May 12, 2023 following a long illness.

Lee graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. He joined the Armed Forces and served 2 years in the Army. Upon his discharge, Lee wore many hats. He was a longtime employee at Giant Eagle Warehouse and he also worked in healthcare as a Health Tech. Lee went on to pursue his passion for construction, which he prospered for many years. In 2019 Lee stopped working to assume the responsibility as primary caregiver for both of his aging parents.

Lee was an avid fisherman. He acquired a love for fishing passed on to him from his dad, which he in turn passed on to his son. Lee also loved his ratchet rap music and gadgets. Lee enjoyed riding his bike and spending time with family and friends. Lee was an advocate for spirituality.

Lee leaves to forever cherish many loving memories, mother and father, Patricia and Willie Neal Sr.; son, (Armon); daughter, (Devonna); sisters, (Maliya and Tarikah); nieces, Lallonie, Xariyah and Xakiyah; nephews, Scoot, who preceded him in death, Thomas and Zaire; aunts, Cathern, Marvina and Vanessa, and a host of relatives and friends.
