Willie Lee Raine went home to be with the Lord on June 3, 2017.

Willie is the cherished father of Sarah Johnson, Ruth Picone, Ernest Coleman, and Ramana Strickland (preceded in death in 2005). Grandfather of Lolita, Michelle, Tyrone, Bianca, Mahogany, Mario, James Whitsitt (preceded in death), and Christobal (preceded in death). He also leaves his beloved great and great-great grandchildren.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. My heart goes out to the family. Death is something we will never get use to. In fact, God's Word refers to death as an enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26). It is comforting to know that very soon our loving Heavenly Father, Jehovah, will remove death once and for all and give us the opportunity to see our loved ones again here on the earth.
