I only saw you in passing while you working in the yard once. I knew who you were because of your lovely daughter Kellie who is a friend of mine and who spoke of you often. She decribed you to me and I knew where the house was. If she is any kind of reflection of you then I know you were a great man.

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the family. I grew up with his sisters, Hattie and Patricia, and have so many fond memories of spending summer weekends on Garfield Avenue with the family.
